On the 27 October 2011 the Armed Forces Bill finally cleared the House of Lords, it  was then awaiting Royal Assent.

RFA Historical is pleasd to announce that Her Majesty the Queen gave approval to this bill, a part of which affects some of our guests and will be good news to them.  Her Majesty has now given Her approval for those veterans, who have been awarded the Pingat Jasa Malaysia Medal by the Government of Malaysia, to wear the medal officially alongside their regular campaign medals.
