3 March 1944 Temp. Lieutenant Commander N Baker RNR appointed in command

1951 disposed of

1960 converted into a cable layer and renamed Britannic and based at Portsmouth

6 June 1970 sunk as a target in The Wash by the RAF after a period of lay up at Portland
