October 1910 completed as a coaster

29 May 1911 arrived Glasgow from St Nazaire

12 May 1912 arrived Hamburg from Grangemouth

1913 purchased by Rankine Line Ltd, Glasgow and renamed BOWLING.

2 September 1914 requisitioned by the Admiralty for service as an Ammunition Carrier name unchanged

14 February 1919 returned to her owners

1920 purchased by Geo. Gibson & Co Ltd, Leith name unchanged

28 November 1921 at Rotterdam Able Seaman John Daly discharged dead – drowned

19 November 1939 sailed Leith on passage to Antwerp and was last heard of the following day so is presumed to have been sunk by the German submarine U-13 in position 55.35 N 01.35 W with the loss of all 13 of her crew.
