12 April 1916 escorted by HMS LORD MINTO westbound to the Royal Sovereign Light Vessel

5 July 1917 torpedoed and sunk by German submarine U-57 in the Atlantic 130 miles WNW Tory Island in position 55.12N 12.10W while on passage from Liverpool to Philadelphia in ballast – there were no casualties
