RFA Sir Galahad (1) was a SIR LANCELOT CLASS Landing Ship Logistics which entered RFA service in January 1970 and was sunk as a war grave on 25 June 1982 after suffering major damage from an air attack on 8 June 1982 during Operation Corporate. 48 members of the crew and embarked troops were killed
